Refund Policy

Effective: February 2026

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with MyD1 Pro for any reason, we'll refund your purchase within 30 days. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email hello@myd1.app within 30 days of purchase. Include "Refund" in the subject line. We will process the full refund via Stripe immediately.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your account will be downgraded from Pro to Free.
  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • All device activations will be removed.
  • You'll retain access to all Free features.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 30 days. Requests made after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

We may deny a refund if there is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
