By using the MyD1 application ("App"), you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

MyD1 is licensed software, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive lifetime license to use MyD1 Pro on any devices that you own or control. There is no device limit, no license key, and no activation server. The app works fully offline.

2. Free Version

You can use the core features of MyD1 for personal or commercial use at no cost. The free version is provided as-is, with no guarantees of future availability or feature parity. No account required.

3. Permitted Use

You may use MyD1 for both personal and commercial purposes. Your license is tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person.

4. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble MyD1.
• You may not redistribute MyD1 or make it available for download to others.
• You may not use MyD1 to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payments

MyD1 Pro is a one-time purchase. Prices may change, but existing purchases are honored indefinitely. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. MyD1 LLC does not store your credit card information. By purchasing Pro, you agree to Stripe's checkout terms.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with MyD1. If the Pro version doesn't meet your needs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Updates

Your Pro license includes 3 years of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, the app continues to work and you can still download the last version included in your license. To receive newer updates, you may purchase a renewal at a discounted price.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

MyD1 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyD1 is a tool for managing databases. Because database operations (like DROP TABLE or DELETE) can be destructive, MyD1 LLC is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or server downtime resulting from the use of the App. Always keep backups.

In no event shall MyD1 LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from your account settings.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Trademarks & Third-Party Services

MyD1 is an independent product developed by MyD1 LLC. MyD1 LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudflare, Inc. "Cloudflare," "Cloudflare D1," and the Cloudflare logo are registered trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc. "MySQL" is a trademark of Oracle Corporation. "PostgreSQL" is a trademark of the PostgreSQL Community Association of Canada.

MyD1 integrates with third-party services through their publicly available APIs. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

13. Governing Law

MyD1 LLC is incorporated via Stripe Atlas. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
